Dashboard
The numbers grouped by what you would do about them, and tiles that take you straight to the records behind them.
What is on it#
The Dashboard answers "what needs me today?" before "how are we doing?". Its sections:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Needs attention | Counts of things to act on: overdue tasks, overdue next steps, deals past their close date, stale deals and stale leads. |
| Totals | How many leads, contacts, companies and deals you have, and the lead conversion rate. |
| Pipeline | Open deals, open pipeline value, weighted pipeline and open tasks. |
| Performance | For a chosen period (7, 30 or 90 days, or all time), and optionally one assignee: won value, deals won and lost, win rate, new leads, average deal and sales cycle. With a period chosen, each tile shows the change against the period before it. |
| Pipeline by stage | How many deals and how much value sit in each stage. |
| Deals Closing Soon, Tasks Due Soon | The next things on the calendar. |
| Recently Won, Recent Activity | What just happened. |
| Trends | New leads, revenue and win rate over the last few months. |
Tiles are shortcuts#
A tile that names a group of records is a filter. Click Stale deals, for example, and you land on the Deals list already narrowed to exactly those deals. Use it as a daily starting point.
How the key numbers are worked out#
- Win rate: deals won divided by deals won plus lost in the period. Open deals are not counted. With no closed deals it shows a dash rather than 0%.
- Sales cycle: the average time from creating a deal to winning it, for deals won in the period.
- Weighted pipeline: see Leads, deals and the pipeline.
The currency of every amount comes from Settings.
How fresh the figures are#
Dashboard and Reports figures are worked out from a summary the app refreshes every few minutes, so a change you just saved can take a little while to show. The line under the title says when the figures were worked out; press Refresh to update them now.
