Deals

Create deals, move them through the pipeline on a board or in a table, attach products, and close them as won or lost.

Dates are typed as YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2026-11-30. The app has no date picker.

Board and table#

Deals open as a Kanban board: one column per stage, with the number of deals and their total value at the top of each. Press Table view for a sortable list and Kanban view to go back. Stale deals carry a badge showing how many days they have sat in their stage.

To change a deal's stage, drag its card to another column, or use the stage selector on the card or in the table row. Dropping a card on Won or Lost asks for a reason first; if you cancel, the card stays where it was. Each column shows its first 25 cards and says how many more there are: use the table view or a filter to see them.

Products on a deal#

Open a deal and add products from your catalogue as line items. The deal's amount is kept in step with the line items, so you do not have to add them up. A line item keeps the price it had when you added it, so changing the catalogue price later does not rewrite existing deals.

Winning and losing#

The reasons feed Deal outcomes. Won deals count in the Dashboard's Deals won and in the win rate.

Deleting a deal#

You are asked to confirm. Deleting removes the deal's line items and notes with it. The deal's history stays in Activities until it ages out.
