Reports
Breakdowns of pipeline, leads, revenue and outcomes, a period comparison, and a snapshot you can paste into a Jira comment.
Reports and the period#
Open Reports. The page is a set of cards in sections. Pick a period at the top (This month, Last month, This quarter, This year or Last 30 days) to see the figures that depend on time.
Compare with the previous period#
The comparison card sets the chosen period against the one before it: won value, deals won, deals lost, win rate and deals created, with the change in each. For win rate the change is in percentage points. It can be exported to CSV.
Report snapshot#
Press Report snapshot for a short text summary of the period. Select it all (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A), copy it and paste it into a Jira comment, a Confluence page or a chat message; they all display it formatted. It is a good way to put the week's numbers in front of people who do not open the app.
Pipeline#
- Deals by Stage and Pipeline Value by Stage
- Forecast by Close Month: expected value by the deals' close dates
- Open Pipeline by Owner
- Deals by Type
Leads#
- Leads by Status, Source and Rating
- Conversion Rate by Source and by Rating: which sources and ratings really turn into deals
- Lost Leads by Reason
Revenue#
- Revenue by Lead Source: what won deals brought in
- Sales Performance by Assignee, with CSV export
Deal outcomes#
Won Deals by Reason and Lost Deals by Reason. These are only as good as the reasons people choose when they close a deal.
Accounts, products and operations#
- Companies by Industry and by Size
- Products by Category
- Tasks by Type, by Priority and Task Load by Assignee
Reports use the same summary as the Dashboard, so a change you just saved can take a few minutes to show. See how fresh the figures are.
