Dealtrail CRM

A CRM inside Jira: leads, deals, contacts, companies, products and tasks in one place, linked to your Jira work items. No separate service and no separate login.

Many teams already run their work in Jira but keep their customers in a spreadsheet or a separate CRM. Dealtrail CRM puts the sales side next to the delivery side: you track who might buy, what you are selling and what to do next, and you can point any record at the Jira work item that delivers it.

Start with your role#

Salesperson#

You work leads and deals every day.

Sales manager#

You watch the pipeline and the team.

Account or data owner#

You keep customer records clean.

Jira administrator#

You install the app and set it up.

Delivery team#

You work in Jira and need to see the customer behind the work.

How the pieces fit#

The app has one pipeline and a handful of record types. Each links to the others, so you can move from a deal to its contact, its company and its tasks without searching.

  1. Leads are people or companies that might buy. You rate them, work them and either convert or lose them.
  2. Deals are sales you are working on. They move through the stages of your pipeline and carry an amount, a close date and a next step.
  3. Contacts and companies are who you sell to. A contact belongs to a company, and a company can have a parent.
  4. Products are your catalogue. Attach them to a deal and its amount follows.
  5. Tasks and notes record what to do and what happened, on any record.
  6. Dashboard and reports turn all of it into numbers: what needs attention now, and how a period compares with the last one.
  7. Jira work items connect it all to delivery: a work item shows its customer and deal, JQL can find work by CRM data, and Automation rules can update the CRM.

Where to open it#

Open Dealtrail CRM from the Apps menu in the Jira sidebar. The app has one global page with a menu on the left, in four groups: Sales (Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies, Products), Work (Tasks, Activities), Insights (Dashboard, Reports) and Workspace (Settings). The arrow at the top of the menu collapses it to a column of icons, and the app remembers that for you alone.

The app also adds a CRM panel to every Jira work item, four read-only fields for search, a dashboard gadget and Automation actions.

Dealtrail CRM is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. Questions or corrections: info@vudia.site.
