Products
A catalogue of what you sell, with price, cost and margin, ready to attach to leads and deals.
The catalogue#
Open Products and create a product for each thing you sell. Fields:

| Name | Required. |
| SKU | Your own code for the product. Two products cannot share one. |
| Price | What you charge. Zero or more. |
| Cost | What it costs you. The list shows the margin from price and cost. |
| Category | Free text, used to group products in reports. |
| Unit | License, Service, Project, Subscription or One-time. |
| Description | Free text. |
Using products#
Attach products to a lead or a deal as line items. A product's own card shows which deals use it. The Unused filter lists products no deal uses yet, which is handy for tidying the catalogue.
Deleting a product#
You are asked to confirm. Products can be deleted in bulk: see Bulk actions.
